Come join us for dinner.

Come early and get a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants from good sidewalk cafes and coffee shops, to some of the finest restaurants and bistros in Escondido.  Not hungry for dinner?  There are also ice cream parlors and pastry shops for desert as well as places to sit and have coffee or a drink.

 150 Grand offers fine dinning inside and outside.

 Bistro 221 also offers fine dinning.  Come inside, or sit outside in their covered patio, and watch the antique cars cruise.

 For some of the best deli food, from subs to hamburgers, or a cool cone from their ice cream parlor, try the Downtown Deli.

 At the Patio Playhouse you can also get a nice sandwich in a relaxing location off the beaten track.

 For the best Italian food downtown, try Filippi's Pizza.  But come early!  The fill up fast.

 Just interested in a drink with friends?  Come on into Pounders, and  check out all the motorcycles while you enjoy a cool drink, or play a round of pool.

 Another good place for some liquid refreshment is Sullivan's Bar and Grille, where you can also get a great meal served inside, or under the umbrellas outside.

 

 

 

Do a little shopping.

         Come visit one of the many antique shops downtown.  Whether you are a browser or a collector, it's lots of fun to take a look back in the past.  You can also find a number of art galleries, or attend local live theater productions.  There are a number of unique stores and novelty shops open during Crusin' hours; including a reptile store and a even a magic shop!  Plus many more stores that you can come back to visit at a later date.  Downtown Escondido has something for everyone young and old.

 Timekeepers is just what is sounds like. They carry watches and clocks from old to new.

 You will find much more at Antique Coins than just their namesake.  

 The Antique Mall is a large building with several cubicles full of antiques to interest any collector.  You could get  lost in there!

 Architectural Relics has many fine items that will help you in decorating your home or garden.

 For fine art, visit The Lillian Berkley Collection. The Minje Museum holds a variety of abstract art to be viewed.  The Patio Playhouse which relocated to this site awhile back, has been performing a variety of plays in Escondido for many years.  Come early and grab a bite to eat before the show.

 Mickey's Art is one of the newest shops downtown.  They carry a wide  variety of art supplies.  Imagination, relocated here just recently, and has a large selection of collector items as well as fun novelty items.  Sassy Suds has a selection of unique specialty soaps, and a whole lot more.  Image Solutions has everything for your hair care needs.

 The Gift Basket Shoppe, also newly relocated,  is a unique store that will help you put together the perfect gift basket for that special occassion. Another new store is the Grand Magic Shop.  Come in and watch a few magic tricks before deciding which one you want to buy for yourself. Kids love to come into LLL Reptile.  They have a wide variety of reptiles and amphibians, and everything you need to care for them. If you are looking for soveniers of your visit to Crusin' Grand, then Top End is the place to shop!
